We are an independent company that lets online retailers offer customers the option of additional confidence with the Assurz Satisfaction Guarantee.
- What is the Assurz 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
With the Assurz Guarantee, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase we’ll refund your money, including all shipping and handling fees. We’ll even pay the shipping cost of returning the merchandise..
- How do I buy a Satisfaction Guarantee?
When you shop with one of our participating online merchants, the option to buy the Assurz Satisfaction Guarantee will be offered in your shopping cart when you check out. If you select the option, the price of the Guarantee will be added to the total purchase price of the items you’re buying.
- Why do some merchants offer the Assurz Guarantee on some items but not on others?
While our participating merchants offer our Guarantee on most merchandise, we allow merchants to exempt certain products from the program at their discretion. For example, a Guarantee might not be offered on an item that would normally be sold on a restricted refund/return basis (for instance, an item sold “as is”).
- I didn’t select the Assurz Satisfaction Guarantee offered to me when I purchased merchandise (see note above) online, and now I’ve changed my mind. Can I get the Guarantee now?
No. The Assurz Satisfaction Guarantee must be purchased from the merchant along with the merchandise.
- When I paid for my merchandise, I also paid for shipping and tax. Do I get that money back too?
Yes! When Assurz refunds your money, we refund the purchase price, sales tax and shipping fees you paid for all eligible items being returned.
- How long does my Assurz Satisfaction Guarantee last?
Your Guarantee may be used to obtain a refund from Assurz anytime within 90 days of the date your original purchase is shipped to you.
- I’m still waiting for my back-ordered merchandise to be shipped. Will my Satisfaction Guarantee expire before I receive my merchandise?
No. The life span of your Assurz Satisfaction Guarantee doesn’t start until the merchant ships your order.
- Will Assurz also refund the purchase price of the Satisfaction Guarantee?
No, the fee you pay for the Satisfaction Guarantee itself is not refundable.
- Most merchants offer refunds and exchanges, so why should I purchase a Guarantee from Assurz?
We can’t think of a single reason you should buy our Satisfaction Guarantee if you are completely comfortable with the idea of buying a particular item at an online merchant’s website. But for those times when you do feel reluctant to buy, our Guarantee will give you the assurance you need to proceed to the checkout page.
- I’m not satisfied with my purchase. How do I get my money back?

- If I purchase a Satisfaction Guarantee, can Assurz ever reject my request for a refund?
While we make every reasonable attempt to ensure your satisfaction, there are circumstances under which a refund request can be rejected. Assurz reserves the right to deny any request for refund at our own discretion. See our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
- Are there any types of merchandise for which Assurz will not sell me a Guarantee?
Assurz does not offer the Satisfaction Guarantee for certain product categories. Additionally, our merchants are allowed to exempt certain products from the program at their discretion. For further details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions page.
- I’m sure I bought a Satisfaction Guarantee, but I don’t have my Guarantee ID number. How can I find out what it is?
If you have purchased the Assurz Satisfaction Guarantee, but have lost (or never received) your Guarantee identification number, simply call our Customer Assistance Center (see Contact Us for details). Please be prepared to provide the Assurz Agent with some details about your original purchase, such as your name, the purchase date, the website you purchased from, and/or the merchant’s order reference number.
- I have reported my dissatisfaction to my credit card issuer, and they have credited my account. Can I still get an Assurz refund?
Bank card purchases for which you have reported a dispute to your card issuer, and for which you have received a credit, are not eligible for an Assurz refund. Please contact the Assurz Customer Assistance Center to cancel your refund request (see Contact Us for details).
- Who do I return my merchandise to for a refund —Assurz or the merchant I bought it from?
If the merchant agrees to refund or exchange your purchase, the merchandise should be returned to them. If you are seeking a refund from Assurz, you must return the merchandise in question to Assurz.
- How do I return my merchandise for a refund?
We ensure that the return process is as painless for you as possible by pre-paying all shipping costs. Depending on the situation, we’ll either send you a pre-paid, pre-addressed air bill, or arrange to have the merchandise picked up at your home or office at our expense.
- What if I don't have the original packaging?
Tell our Customer Assistance Agent if you don’t have the original packaging, and we’ll provide the necessary packing materials free of charge.
